( English translation below ) Lo sguardo va oltre, attraverso quei vetri ma non noto nessuno. C’è un silenzio assoluto. Quanto resisterò così, a tutto questo? Gli eventi piccoli mi hanno travolto. L’incertezza sulle mie capacità vuole rosicchiare i miei principi. SLOW RECOVERY The glance goes over, through those windows but I do not see anybody. There’s absolute silence. How long will I resist all of this, this way? The small events overwhelmed me. The doubts about my skills wants to nibble my principles. I thinkabout all the words, now worthless Coming out of her mouth and I feel pain. The recovery may be slow sometimes. The recovery may be slow.

Dove? Non c’è. WHERE’S THE COURAGE GONE? My knotty hands with the bitten finger-skins, my “wrong” back too straight at the bottom, my rough neck that she loves to kiss, my voice’s tone… where’s the courage gone? My mood that goes from joy to oblivion, an un-shaved face (that might annoy), my heart that beats now fast and than no, the pain that I feel everytime she… my hi-fi that plays a cd by Hugo Race, that gold star that she made for me… Where’s the courage gone? Where? It’s Gone.

NOT THERE ANYMORE All of the spines, once in my eyes, are not there anymore. They’re gone alltogether with the cuts on my back neck and the weak wrists. If I look at the back of my hands, underneath my feet, my knees, my forearms and even the fingers… I’m not htere anymore I pretended to understand where I was going, in case I’d eventually believed it I’ve read the books you gave me and I even stop to laugh. I’m not there anymore. Anyway. No. All of the spines, once in my eyes, got back there. The cuts on my back neck and the weak wrists got back too. If I look at the back of my hands, underneath my feet, my knees, my my forearms and even the fingers… I’m not there anymore. I told you I didn’t know where I was going! I didn’t even believe it! I’ve read the books you gave me and I learnt to laugh. Why should we love the ones who hurt us?

Come ogni volta, nello stesso luogo, quell’immagine ritorna. RECURRING PROJECTION (OF A CHUNK OF POSSIBLE FUTURE) With the people running fast in your face It is difficult to think that one day I might get there. It’s like being in a parallel place that just let me watch. But If I look behind the glass in front of me I’m still in the tussle. My strength is over for a while and the embarassment, that I feel sometime, it’s in a box I closed a day ago. And again I find myself in the froth that they put into the coffee. Like everyday, in the same place, that image comes back.

NOTHING TO SING Nothing to say that it’s not been said. Nothing to do that it’s not been done. Nothing to understand that I’ve not understood? Nothing to feel that I’ve not felt yet? Nothing to sing. But if I look into her eyes I find the whole world there And if I touch her hands I get stung by stars. Nothing to say, nothing to do, nothing to sing.
6.
ONCE AGAIN A MISTAKE Where will my look lean? On your cheek-bone’s edge. And every small breath of yours it’s a surrended dagger of mine’s I admit I’m struggling to cope with the rithm Of this barely intense life even if it’s plenty of madness Once again a mistake Once again. Once again, another verb, another wrong sentence, Another mistake. Another error. Involuntary but lethal and irreversible Another mistake Like everytime after the crying I’ve got swollen shiny eyes They melt into your smile that dry up my tears And the crumbs of my teeth kept in my fist They reflect all the colors of your loss. Because life it’s stormed with “no”

Capolinea 02:24
Potrebbe finire ora Potrebbe essere gia finita LAST STOP I feel that the race of the cursed feelings is almost over And so are we. With the fleeting memories and the sweat into the eyes. With forced smiles that nobody wants. Last stop Even the smallest of the needles leaves a mark and hurts On the skin of the ones who loves what they’ve built. Like the edge of a furniture crushing against a foot. I warned my heart to avoid the fear of the aftermath. Yet what’s the hope? What do I need? Where are you from and where do you want to get? It might finish right now. It might be finished already.

Costringendoci a ridere. UNTIL THE NEXT TIME They’ll come with their hammers and they’ll take a piece of our breath With long hands they’ll catch us With dark eyes they’ll terrify us With the heavy hammers they’ll crush our bones Forcing us into laugh Than they’ll disappear… Until the next time They’ll come with their hammers With long hands they’ll catch us With the heavy hammers… Forcing us into laugh.

Solo Per Me 01:06
( English translation below ) Mi rialzo barcollante, con i crampi dalle risa. Tu, sdraiata sulle scale, poi neanche mi guardavi. Solo per me. Faccio ancora quella strada Passo ancora quel portone Rido ancora se ci penso ma, poi, piango se ti vedo FOR ME ONLY I get up staggering with cramps from laughing You, lying down on the stairs, didn’t even look at me. Your after-fight signs that colour my face Are your best memory and they’re mine For me only I walk that street again I pass that door again I still laugh if I think about it but, than, I cry if I see you.
10.
NEW I can’t feel anything for me if I mean nothing for you. The long cuts, that I’ve done to myself with my bare hands Now they cover my weak and bent back I look at them gladly into the mirror and I smile The blood runs down to my heels and it paints me red I open that door, again, every two days, nothing new Searching inside my mind and finding…nothing new I look at myself, gladly, into the mirror and I smile I close back that door, again, every two days, nothing new The blood flows and paints me red, nothing new I look at myself, sadly, into the mirrir, nothing new

Indelebile 02:27
( english translation below) Mai, mai, mai, mai! Vorrei provare i brividi Ma se sarai ancora lì al mio ritorno, E mi vorrai ancora, allora capirò Indelebile INDELEBLE Never, never, never, never! I would have thought to find you Never, never, never, never! I could have wondered But if you’ll be still here when I’ll be back And you’ll still want me, than I’ll understand Never, never, never, never! I will forget the words Never, never, never, never! I’d want to feel the creeps But if you’ll be still here when I’ll be back And you’ll still want me, than I’ll understand Indeleble I got your face and name tattoed on my bones Indeleble Too many thoughts are filling my head That I keep between the elbows And it seem yesterday when I was smiling… Maybe not. Maybe I’m wrong.

Swingin’ London! SWINGIN’ LONDON pt.2 I eat my sights and I drink my sour thoughts So sour that I cannot even spit them out. I squeeze one of my knees, I bit eone of my lips I eat my sights and I drink my sour thoughts I look through the yellow window Jimi Hendrix is playing on the radio, yeah! Swingin’ London! ( English translation below )

( English translation below ) Quella corda stretta su tutto il mio torace Lascia i segni coi suoi nodi Una mano, ogni tanto, mi sfiora Lo conosco, il dolore dell’attesa Che fa i respiri corti, che fa girare gli occhi. Di essere vivo THE PAIN OF THE WAIT That tight rope alla round my chest Leaves marks with its knots A hand once every while nearly touch me I know the pain of the wait It cuts your breath and it makes you spin your eyes back It trys to get me stuck inside its drawers Along with the colorless memories The year’s sinews are hard to break And they leave small room for the sunrays Wich turn the sobs into tears of joy I move alone inside the house From a corner to another and I try to get stuck A kiss on every mark, underneath every knot, on my chest Makes me dream of being stilla live Of being still alive
